Unlike some other doctors who rushes to end the consultation, Dr. Lo spent more than 30 minutes discussing my case. After the consultation, I emailed him few times with additional questions and he all responded within an hour. I am so glad that I have found a truly trustworthy Gastroenterologist. Good staff cool doctor quick to the point nice intake Kudos to the person who scheduled & explained the paperwork to me. I was slower than because first time doing this kind of "follow instruction " to the t . She was very patient with my slowness & not yell at me. Thank you for that. Office is a little crowded the day I came. Pple were waiting hallway due to the office space smaller....haven't done any procedures yet but the Dr seems confident. That gives me a little comfort instead of worrisome

overall Dr Sunny is a kind, super thoughtful dr. He will explains questions you have. However, I had to wait long time for follow up appointment and there seems to be some miscommunication between the front desk and the doctor's schedule because he took long to help me every time we have an appointment. Let say appointment scheduled on 1pm; he will not call or handle you until 1.45pm, which is sometimes frustrating to wait too long.

Dr Lo is a medical professionals GI doctor.

Dr Lo is amazing. He explains everything and makes sure you understand. The wait was due to Dr Lo catching up from vacation. I have never had to wait prior to this appt.

It is very nice nurse. Make you feel comfortable and relaxing. It says 4 hours for procedure but it took only 2 and half hours done the whole procedure.
